Henry Joyce, a vicar at St. Nicholas' Collegiate Church was primarily responsible for having the map published. It was printed in the Low Countries (possibly Antwerp or Brussels) after the restoration of the monarchy in 1660. Present day street names and other features have been overprinted in red
